  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated once the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Customers can choose between a cash refund or a replacement product of equal value.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible unless defective.
